Incremental analysis for MCDM with an application to group TOPSIS

The study aims to exploit incremental analysis or marginal analysis to overcome the drawbacks of ratio scales utilized in various multi-criteria or multi-attribute decision making (MCDM/MADM) techniques. In the proposed 11-step procedure, multiple criteria of alternatives are first reorganized as two categories – benefits and costs – and decision information will be manipulated separately. The performances of alternatives are then evaluated on their incremental benefit–cost ratio, and the rank can be obtained by applying the group TOPSIS (technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution) model (Shih et al., 2007). Two representations of cost, i.e., a cost index and utility index, are proposed in the model to better-fit real-world situations. In addition, some considerations on costs and input–output relations are also discussed in order to understand the essentials of incremental analysis. In the final part, a case of robot selection demonstrates the suggested model to be both robust and efficient in a group decision-making environment.     

ANN技术在企业经济预测与预警中的应用研究

提出了适合于上市公司而建立的基于ANN技术的企业经济综合指标短期预警系统的构建方案.该系统是一个人机相结合的反馈式预警系统,包括危机判定、财务指标预测、预警知识获取和报警四个子系统.该系统将定性分析与定量分析结合起来,既突出人的作用,又充分发挥了人工神经网络的在预测方面的技术,使得两者有机的结合在一起.其中,预警指标预测子系统体现了ANN技术在时间序列预测方面的应用,而知识获取子系统和报警子系统则体现了ANN技术在回归预测方面的应用,两者都有很好的理论基础.同时,该系统建立的程序比较规范,具有普适性,易于操作,比较容易实现.最后,还对该系统进行了实证模拟分析,并与专家意见结果进行了对比,验证了其有效性.     

A Quasi Fixed-Point Theorem for a Product of u.s.c. or o.l.s. Correspondences with an Economic Application

In the first place, we present a quasi fixed-point theorem for a correspondence defined on some infinite-dimensional locally convex topological vector space such that some variables have open lower sections and the other ones are upper semicontinuous.In the second place, we propose a direct application of the quasi fixed-point result in an economic model. More precisely, we prove a nonemptiness result of the core of an exchange economy with asymmetric information, a continuum of states and a finite number of commodities.

我国国债规模对宏观经济影响实证分析

随着以希腊债务危机为导火索的欧洲债务危机的愈演愈烈,国债对宏观经济的影响再一次成为了经济学讨论的热点.首先从直观图形着手,运用H-P滤度法去除趋势后,计算各变量的偏离趋势百分比,对比国债规模代替变量与宏观经济效应代替变量之间的偏离趋势图,从图形得到的定量关系为后面的实证分析做好准备.然后进一步进行协整分析,并在向量自回归(VAR)框架下通过脉冲响应函数考察变量之间的相互影响路径,最后通过建立误差修正模型(ECM)分析各个变量之间的长期均衡关系和短期波动特征,以量化各变量之间影响程度的大小.全面系统地研究了国债对宏观经济增长的影响程度并做出实证分析,对于深刻认识国债的本质,规避国债的风险,科学合理地制定国债政策有着重要的理论价值和实际意义.     

基于灰色关联度—TOPSIS的县域经济社会发展综合评价研究

选择经济发展,社会发展,资源、生态环境三个层面,构建了体现科学发展观要求的县域经济社会发展综合评价指标体系.用客观赋权的熵值法确定各指标权重,结合灰色关联度和TOPSIS建立了综合评价模型,并对烟台市8个县市的经济社会发展状况进行实证分析.     

江苏省区域经济发展水平分析

针对江苏各城市间经济发展水平的差异性,本文选用十个指标构建综合评价体系,利用SPSS软件进行因子分析和聚类分析.结果表明13个地区之间经济发展差异较为突出,主要受综合实力因子和农业因子影响.大体分为三类:经济发达城市、经济次发达城市、经济发展滞后城市.最后,文章提出缩小江苏区域经济发展差异的一些建议.     

Assessing the emerging biorefinery sector in Canada

The biorefinery is a key concept used in the strategies and visions of many industrial countries. The potential for Canadian biorefineries based on lignocellulosic forest and agricultural residues is examined. The sector is described in terms of research interests, emerging companies, and established corporate interests. It is found that the Canadian biorefining sector currently has an emphasis on specific bioproduct generation, and the process elements required for a true sugar-based process are in the research phase. A Canadian national strategy should focus on increasing forest industry participation, and increasing collaboration with the provinces, particularly in western Canada.
